Oliver (Ollie) Couchman was born in West Sussex, England. He travelled to the Far East as a child with his Lecturer-Professor Father and Medical Secretary Mother, living in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.

After a stint back in the UK in the mid-eighties, he returned to Hong Kong and then Indonesia after this. In the mid-nineties, in the UK, he graduated with a Bachelor of Law honours degree and commenced work with Price Waterhouse Coopers, then (and now) the largest professional services firm in the World.

Initially a financial taxation accountant, Ollie then moved into a Management Consultant role in a corporate training & development group within PwC. Clients included major Global 250 firms and FTSE 100 Blue Chips. From this, he moved to work for one of Europe's largest life assurers in their Training & Development division as a Business Development & Training Consultant covering the UK. He now works for a Large Wealth Business in the UK, as well as Coaching Businesses through the decisions they need to make.

Ollie has run many management skills & leadership workshops, has appeared in Training Magazine (part of Personnel Today) and is a member of the Business Excellence Network.
